No, you don’t need to be in top physical condition to start BJJ. Classes are designed to accommodate individuals
of all fitness levels, and training will gradually improve your strength, endurance, and flexibility over time.

No prior experience is necessary. BJJ is suitable for beginners, and we offer introductory classes to teach fundamental techniques and concepts to new students.

Yes, BJJ is highly effective for self-defence, especially in real-life situations where the fight goes to the ground.
BJJ teaches practical techniques for controlling opponents, escaping dangerous positions, and applying submissions if necessary.

The time it takes to earn a BJJ black belt varies depending on factors such as training frequency, natural ability, and individual progress. On average, it takes around 6 months- a year to get a BJJ blue belt.
